Giveaway privacy notice
1. Controller
The controller is Oryn Pictures, operated by the person/business identified in the website imprint. Contact: webshop@orynpictures.hu.
2. Purpose
Data is processed to record entries, prevent duplicate or abusive entries, conduct the draw, notify the winner and deliver the prize.
3. Data processed
- email address;
- selected Oryn T-shirt design;
- entry date and time;
- timestamps for accepting the rules and privacy notice;
- a one-way hash derived from the IP address for abuse prevention.
After a winner is selected, name, delivery address and clothing size may be requested from the winner for prize fulfilment.
4. Legal basis
Processing required to operate the giveaway is based on taking steps requested by the entrant and on legitimate interests related to security and fraud prevention. Giveaway entry does not automatically subscribe the entrant to marketing emails.
5. Retention
Non-winning entry data is deleted or anonymised after the campaign, draw and any reasonable replacement-winner period, normally within 90 days. Winner data may be retained for the period required to document prize fulfilment and meet applicable legal obligations.
6. Processors
Website hosting, database and email service providers may process data as necessary to operate the service. Personal data is not sold to advertisers.
7. Transactional emails
Entry confirmations and winner notifications are service messages related to the giveaway and are not marketing newsletters.
8. Technical data and cookies
Technically necessary session cookies may be used to protect the entry form. General website cookie use is covered by the website's cookie notice.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and may object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Contact: webshop@orynpictures.hu.
10. Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
